Miss a filing and the fine is usually small. What the delay really costs is the door it shuts, the loan, the sale, the refund, on the day someone asks to see the paper.

Before a company, an institute or a university runs a trial on your farm, both sides can sign a one-page partnership term with six items. The first item says who may use the data from the trial strip, a question that no specific law in the sources read answers.
